Some enlightened artists send me CD’s, MP3′s and encourage me to post their creativity to spread the word… How very refreshing.

Remember the 1980′s?
C90 Cassettes were going to kill the recording industry right? (I have a dirty T-Shirt with that logo on). They tried to put a financial tax on the sale of blank cassettes. To stop ‘Piracy’.
I was 15 years old. We upped doing mix tapes as soon as we heard about that tax idea right away to spread the music to other friends, who went out and bought the vinyl 12″ remix version…

It’s pretty fucking depressing that by 2012 that majors like EMI cannot “get it”.
