I have no idea why Carina is so little know as she is. The three albums I have – “The First Blood Mystery”, “The Disconnection” and “Slow Motion Addict” are brilliant lyrically as well as when she ramps it up voice wise.
She is currently (December) doing an acoustic set around the UK, and I really hope to catch one of those.

I agree, one of the most underrated females, plays in the US alot where she is gathering a fanbase. Pattie Smith mets PJ?? I don’t know, but the disconnection was on my system for months.
Extra marks for tastefully getting the ‘black cunt of venus’ into a lyric!!
Top marks indeed. She is definitely on my list of must see live.
